With the generous donation of a 4 x 6 meter stand at this weekends Smallholder show held at the South of England Show ground in Ardingly work is well underway planning a unique Indie Farmer experience for visitors to stand 031 (situated right next to the smallholders training stand outside). My aim will be to to spread the word about The Indie Farmer Road Trip Crowd funding campaign and gather more suggestions on Indie Farmers to visit on my 6 week UK scooter road trip. With attractions such as local artisan producers, rare breed pigs, goats, working horses and vintage machinery we’ll be in good company and look forward to welcoming visitors to the Indie Farmer bell tent.
Quick crowd funding update – we’ve had some fantastic support so far from indie farmers far and wide and are 18% funded in less than a week but really need your help to push through the 20% (£1,000) milestone! With some awesome perks such as the Indie Farmer Journal, stylin’ tees and a choice of Indie Farmer hamper boxes for donations received – there is no better way to support small producers and be the envy of your friends to boot!
